It is interesting moving to a new city and getting to explore it with a camera. It think it is different to getting to travel to a new location and take photos. When travelling I quite often end up shooting 'touristy' photos - not what other people consider touristy, but for me they are a lot more obvious.
After having lived somewhere for a while I feel my images become somewhat more subtle. Maybe it is because I have to work harder, because either the easy images have been shot, or the motivation it lacking...
Just for a change I had colour film loaded in the camera. I must have had a premonition as this image was shot month ago but for the past few weeks I have been working in the building right next door!.

I am fascinated with the art of pipe laying. I have lots of images of pipes twisting and turning around each other. I wonder if plumbers have end of year parties and have awards for the 'most intricate' or 'most convoluted' pipe laying?
